Refund & Cancellation Policy

The ticket price is the whole of what you pay — no booking fee, no convenience fee, no GST — so a full refund is simply the ticket price less any discount you were given. There is nothing else added to a booking, and therefore nothing else to deduct from a refund.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

A booking sits in “Pending for approval” until one of our administrators checks the payment. No ticket exists until it is approved.

• If we reject a booking you have already paid for — because the night sold out or closed in the meantime, or for any reason of ours — we refund what you paid, in full.
• If you have not paid, there is nothing to refund; the booking simply lapses and the tickets go back on sale.
• If the amount you paid does not match the booking, tell us and we will either complete the booking or refund what you sent.

Whether a ticket can be cancelled, and by when, is set for each event and shown to you before you pay. Where cancellation is allowed, the refund is what you were charged for the ticket, after any discount applied at checkout.

Where an event is marked non-refundable, tickets for it cannot be cancelled for a refund. That is shown on the listing before you book, not afterwards.

To ask for a cancellation, contact us by any of the routes at the bottom of this page and tell us the booking you mean.

• A cancelled night is refunded in full, whether or not the event is refundable in general. You do not have to ask.
• A postponed night — your ticket stays valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, ask us for a refund instead and we will refund it in full.
• A changed line-up, running order or performer is not a cancellation and does not create a right to a refund. The event is the event.

A refund goes to the person who paid for the booking, not to the person holding the ticket. If you shared a ticket and the recipient has claimed it, they cannot cancel it for a refund — ask the person who bought it to contact us.

Tickets are not refunded where entry is refused for a reason set out in the Terms of Service or the venue rules — for example arriving after the gates close, carrying a prohibited item, refusing a security check, being intoxicated, or not meeting an age limit stated on the listing. A ticket that has already been scanned at the gate has been used and is not refundable.

There is no payment gateway, so a refund is a transfer a person makes — not a reversal that happens automatically. How it reaches you depends on how you paid:

• If you paid by UPI, we transfer the refund back to the UPI ID or bank account the payment came from. If that account is closed, tell us where to send it instead.
• If you paid cash at our office, there is no payment method to return it to. We will transfer the refund by UPI to an account you name, or you can collect it in cash from our office at Aditya Complex, Shop No.3, Near Shardageeta Vidhyalaya, 2 - Navrang Society, Oppo. Vadwala Hotel, 80 Feet Road, Surendranagar, Gujarat, India — your choice.

We issue approved refunds within seven working days of agreeing them, and within 15 days at the outside. Once issued, banks typically take a further two to three working days to post the money to your account. Refunds are made in Indian rupees, for the amount paid; we do not compensate for bank charges or exchange differences.
